Getting lag and bad rubberbanding everywhere since 5/20 Maintenance ?

Just wanted to check and see if its a lot of people. I just did DR Ex in Antitower and everyone in my party said they have been having lag and bad rubberbanding too and that theirs also started right after the Emergency maintenance that was on the 20th.

Its like everywhere.
Instances, low pop and high pop areas, all zones including residential.
Low and high level dungeons.
1.0 and 2.0 Zones

Its not specific to any place but I noticed that it seems to get a bit better when I am closer to my pt members but its really bad sometimes total stalling as if "Petrified" status fx where I am the only one moving and everyonelse is frozen still like it happens when a server dc occurs but the frozen thing is not happening as much as the rubberbanding.

I figured I would post up because this kind of thing is rare for me to get and I immediately notice it.

You aren't the only one.

I know a few people including myself who have been having issues like yours. I'm assuming SE tried fixing it with the emergency maintenance but I'm not sure it really helped :x

Maybe once they do maintenance for 3.3 it'll get better?

Yes I am also hoping the next maintenance will fix it.

I'm also having bad lag on Behemoth. Around 7-11pm EST. Got comcast :/
