Commendations question

is it possible to see where you rank in number of commendations compared to other players?

I really wish this was a thing. I've always wanted to know how many commendations the person with the most has (I feel like it's probably over 10,000). I recently passed 5,000 myself, but I have a feeling that's not the highest.
