It a a magical dandelion puff that has a telepathic connection with who is on on it and (again its magical) can manipulate the air flow around it.

Yeah, I haven't seen a female with that one. They sit on mounts like the other races

I know males have it on the Arhiman and ADS (maybe the Turtle and Goobbue, I've never been a male Lala and have no intentions of being one so can't 100% say for those), and now the Mote.
