First, like others said, go make your own pfs more to your skill level. You can get people fast even with a "slower" learning party at launch. Second, most of those pfs are for people looking to get carried, so why do you want to join them anyway? And for those who aren't, if you aren't skilled enough to dps and do mechanics properly early in a patch with the best gear you could get last patch, even with bis gear you still wouldn't be able to do this.

Gear is not a substitute for skill.
