And as always, they ask for players with some absolutely crazy high iLV to go faster. That's why players NEED to be VERY well stuffed ASAP.
Those people are looking for a very specific type of player, which you may or may not be. The beauty of PF is that you can start your own party and find more like-minded players to tackle content with, you don't have to join anyone who's playstyle doesn't match yours.
