What other ways could they do this? They are already part of most things ingame and are fairly easy to get.

FATEs mostly. The poetic items (bones/shells) might also be available for wolf marks, since you get esos via PvP anyway (Technically also poetics, buuut...dead content and all). That aside, I think every DoW/DoM content type is included somehow.

As for the poster above me: Allied Seals do give unidentified items :3
But yeah, Centurio Seals not. That's another.

PVP shouldn't be used for anything but PVP its not content that needs to be part of anything. It has its uses for what it is. I do find it odd that they aren't added to the Centurio Seals that should be something they should look into.

Too late. PVP provides Lore and Esoterics as well. Providing another alternative avenue with wolf marks? God forbid!

Wolf marks would have to be completely rebalanced or items would have to cost the full 20,000 cap limit.

Problem is, the PvP community is not big enough. So, they tried to bring some PvE players in by giving them PvE rewards. And maybe some of them will stay because they discovered it's fun
