I am guessing they will nerf it during the downtime between the final HW patch and the new expansion.
I doubt it'd be that long. I don't remember when they started dolling nerfs out to early Zodiac, but it was around midway through ARR, if I recall. Would've liked even a tiny nerf. Like, half way done with my own anima after getting burnt out because of the grind. Dreams broken. Crying.
