Too early to say
I can't remember that one of the Zodiac nerfs was announced in a live letter. Just wait for the patch note. It also depend on how grindy the new step is.
A not nerfed ilevel 210 step can mean an easy ilevel 240 step (like the ilevel 230 step)

The anima weapon was mentioned, as shown by the unofficial translation. They're increasing the droprate on the crystals for the first step, without any adjustments to the i200->i210 step.
So the i210 step likely won't see any adjustments until the next relic step, after the one in 3.3.
The reasoning they gave for increasing the crystal drop rate seemed a bit odd, unless there was something lost in translation. More people having more of the unidentified items than the crystals (which is what it currently sounds like is their criteria here) makes sense because of how many you need (80 versus 18) and you generally spend a lengthier amount of time on that particular step than on the crystal step.
So yeah, unless there was something lost in the translation, that seems like an odd reason to nerf that specific step.
They should let Natsuko write all other questlines, rogue storyline was love.
Wasted moogles are wasted
Yup she wrote some soild quest lines
Like I thought, Moogles will be crafting daily, which makes sense, since their job is to repair and maintain the buildings for the dragons.

Hopefully we can get some red scripts or maybe the vendor has some red scrip mats or something.
Don't need exp on my crafters, I guess it'll be nice for people still working on it though.
edit: looks like you get grade V materia from these quests if you're already level 60 \o/
