Char not autoattacking 9 out of 10 fights (not exaggerating)

My character is not autoattacking most fights. It does not help to engage/disengage, lock/unlock, move further/closer to the mob. It is happening on my marauder, lancer and archer. I see my archer friend attacking and my character just stands there. Ive also responded to another bug report from someone else in the past and have gotten 0 response on that one, that thread is locked so couldn't necromance it for this either. Ill give the info that was asked of the other person here again aswell:

Platform: PC / windows 7 -64 bit
ISP: UPC
Type of Internet Connection: cable
Internet Connection Speed: 50 mb
Date & Time: all the time on CET +1 daytime/evening
Frequency: most fights
Character Name: Fruppi Nukki
Race: lalafell plainsfolk female
World: Trabia
Class/Skill Rank: marauder rank 50, lancer level 48 (happened with both jobs during all those ranks, havent tried other jobs yet, pugilist lalafel friend is unaffected. Archer level 12.
Area and Coordinates: doesnt matter, happens everywhere
Party or Solo: party or duo
NPC Name:
Monster Name: all
In-Game Time: all the time
Steps: engage, pull whatever, normal attacking works

Please fix this.
