What's missing from the Fisher class that would fully round out this role.

I started playing a long time back, but I put the game down for about a year. I've recently come back and, sadly, have noticed that the Fisher Job still doesn't have an off-hand item. The class is screaming for a tackle box. Here's why:
1)A boost to Gathering and Perception that would make these stats even with other Disciples of the Land.
2)A frigging TACKLE-BOX item. Hand&Glove
3a)A place to actually KEEP tackle that gets it out of your inventory, considering a stack of each takes up nearly half of your inventory. I get the limitations are in place for the extra Retainers, but I've needed extra retainers from nearly day one, with really no bait at the time and still don't have room to gather items or even keep extra weapons/clothing.
3b) This would be the easiest thing to implement, since the Bait ability already has a mini-inventory for your tackle.

Anyway, gone for a year from the game, and I'm surprised something like this hasn't already been implemented in the intervening time. I mean, everything points to this as a necessity. No off-hand item, a frigging Action with the picture of a tackle box, but no tackle box to be found in the game.
As I said, I get the need to bloat inventory items and minimize inventory space to get the extra retainers, but the limitations in place make it impossible (I don't mean it makes it difficult, I literally mean IMPOSSIBLE) to round out ALL Disciples of the Hand/Land and cover item creation for all level ranges, even assuming "just" one stack of each crafting material needed.

All of the above being said, maybe the easiest solution would be to let us purchase more freaking Retainers, instead!! PLEASE HELP MY INVENTORY!

They have said repeatedly no offhand tackle box. Inventory "issues" when zoning. Tou have NO idea how often this has been requested.

If it had stats they would have ro rebalance every fish in the game.

P.S. you can get around the word count limit by editing.

Did you know you can have up to 8 retainers? (2 free, 6 for additional cost added to your subscription).

If you already have 8 then there must be some stuff you can organise to make some room.
