AFK Status - Cannot Add to Blacklist

So I don't know about you guys, but I've noticed a lot lately that when I get a gil spam tell, and I right-click them to blacklist, I don't have the option. So I did a player search on one of them today, and they are coming up as online but in AFK status and I can't even blacklist them from the search result.

Are we not able to add people who are AFK to blacklist? I can't think of any other reason why I wasn't able to.

If it is true we cannot currently blacklist AFK players, can that be a thing please?

That's crazy if you can't blacklist them if they are AFK.
Pretty sure 99% of the spammers are.

Hopefully you find a workable solution.

My blacklist is not full. I can't really tell what the problem is.
