Static recruiting for DRG (preferred)/ MNK

Hey!

We are currently searching for 2 new melee DPS as our MNK and NIN have gone to raid with old friends

We understand this is a small server with an even smaller raiding community, we know there are some of you out there who think your ready for raiding but don't have the experience, if you are on of those we would be happy to give you a trial and help teach you a5s, the more people who learn means our small raid community will get bigger!

We only ask that you know your job, and know how to adapt to situations in order to optomize DPS and know the right times to pop trick attack/battle litany etc. if you are a trialist we won't expect you to be matching the top DPS right away but we will expect you to show you are capable and willing to improve

We raid Tuesday/Thursday 7.30 ST to 10.30 ST although we do stay later or do additional days sometimes and use Skype for voice chat

What we expect from you:
- to be on time for raids, we know RL issues happen but prior warning is all we ask
- supply yourself with food and potions! If you can't make them at least get the mat and ask a static member to make them for you they will be more than happy to
- know your job, we don't mind people learning the fights but you be able to show us that you can do good dps and know when to use battle litany, pots etc
- have a good attitude! We are a great bunch and we like to have a laugh, we do take progression seriously and we do look for ways to improve so if you have a similar mindset that's great

What you can expect from us:
- any help be it crafting, melds or links to strats just ask and we will help!
- a good raiding atmosphere! I love this static because of this! We have a good laugh and it helps to take pressure off!
- good skill level, we are all good players, we all know are classes and we are all looking for ways to improve or slight tweaks to help make a difference
