    Disproportionate difficulty obtaining Company Seals

    Hello,

I've been leveling an alternate character recently and as the thread title suggests I've been having some real trouble earning enough Grand Company seals for rank promotions.
The GC Hunt Log helps a lot early on, and it's nice SE have reduced the seal cost for obtaining a mount, but getting enough seals to reach "Sergeant Second Class" and unlock Expert Delivery has become excruciating.

For reference I'm on Tonberry, which is the highest population world in the JP data center, and even during weekend peak hours no one is doing FATEs any more- as it's far more expedient to farm dungeons. Grand Company Leves exist, but the highest tier I can access at "Corporal" reward only ~200 seals- when I require ~11,000 more. And low-level craft turn-ins comparatively reward almost nothing.

Is there some means by which the yield of Company Seals could be increased for new players, or a new method of obtaining them be added?
Character development and progression for new players has mostly been pretty streamlined, but GC seals seem to have been forgotten; as it stands I'd need to spend probably 4 hours doing nothing but GC Leves just to obtain Expert Delivery (using up about 50 allowances), and then hours more farming for Dungeon Greens, all just to hit the current max rank and unlock hunting.

I agree that there are few things in this game that are a little too grindy, especially for new(er) players. You could also try doing the guildhest and leveling roulettes daily. Those plus the daily crafting/gathering handins do add up (especially if you get the bonuses for In Need role, HQ and/or Starred handins). At least until you unlock Expert Delivery, anyway.
