Rules on buying equipments by trade command

Hi Im kinda new to this market and I was wondering if it is safe to buy lets say an equipment by trade command, from another player?
I have not seen my desired equipment in the marketboard so please clarify if its legal and not againts the TOS, to buy equipments from using the "Trade" command from another player, thank you.

You can trade any item (unless it's untradeable ) for whatever ammount of gil. There is no violation of ToS here.

If it was forbidden: What else should be traded and why should that be ok? Everything else can be bought from the market board as well.

Just imagine there's a crafter in a raid group crafting gear/food/potions for his 7 groupmembers. It would be really awkward, if he had to sell it on the MB and tell his pals to buy it from there.

Trade is a thing, and you are allowed to use it, however:
-Some items can't be traded
-The most gil you can exchange in a single trade is 1 million

I've bought several pieces of equipment via trade command if there weren't any available on the board. This being a violation of the TOS would be very odd as the Market Board is really just a hub for conducting trades without having to be face to face with each other.
