House Demolishion

So i took a break after 3.2 and i'm planning too come back for 3.3,but it has almost been 45 days since i logged in so i wondered if the demolishing of houses was 1 time thing or a permanent system in the game since i cant really log in very soon

The demolishig is paused at the moment.
At the moment no one knows for how long it will be paused and if the timers will be reseted after the pause.

You have to log in and enter your house at least every 44 days to prevent the demolishing, when the demolishing system will start again.

Housing reclamation was halted last month (as of April 19th) due to the number of Japanese players unable to log in (or having things far more important than gaming to deal with) after the destruction caused by the Kumamoto earthquakes. At the time, SE was planning to halt it for a couple weeks and then reassess what to do thereafter. It's now been over five weeks, though, and we haven't heard anything further on the matter. (At least I don't think so. If there was any further announcement, I missed it.)

They promised another announcement if/when the reclamation process is reinstated. So at this point, the process is stopped until we hear otherwise.

As others said the reclaim is paused right now, but when it is running it permanent and would happen every 45 days just not one time.
