Hello!
This is my first post on any forum, so I apologize if I've not done something correctly.
I tried to follow the sticky and reply to a bug of similar problems after searching, but the forums would not allow me to.

Time: Real World Time, bug occurred around 11:00 PM EST
Frequency: Constant, once error received; have not logged in again to check if still there

Retainer name: (was not part of the problem)

Class/Level: Goldsmith/ level 21

Area and coordinates: The Shroud, Jadeite Thick/ The Bannock (unknown coordinates)
Housing: (was not part of the problem)
Steps:
1. Synthesized several goldsmithing recipes, ending with fang earrings
2. Proceeded to repair items equipped; read the new item repair introduction pop-up
3. Attempted to repair a 'Silver wristlets of crafting'; a read lettered error message appeared in the middle of my screen: "That command is unavailable at this time"
4. I waited several minutes thinking that this was the prelude to an internet/ service disconnection
5. Attempted to repair said item again, with the same error message
6. Attempted to change class to Conjurer level 28; new error message appeared: "Unable to execute command while handling items." The inventory, armoury, equipment/ character, or synthesis windows were not up, nor was my character using any items
7. Ran through multiple areas of The Shroud in hopes of resetting the bug without success. Attempted to change to several jobs and talk to NPCs, particularly the Mender and Merchant of Bentbranch, to which I received, "Unable to execute command while handling items." Emotes were also unavailable: my character could not /sit, /wave, /clap, or /cheer; these were the emotes tested while targeting another PC
8. As time progressed, I tried to log out and exit the game, both of which came up with the error message, "That command is unavailable at this time," while inside Bentbranch
9. Forced an 'exit game' by holding down the PS button on the controller

Special Notes: Seemingly any action taken by the character was blocked. My character could run, rotate cameras, check maps, open logs, open the armoury chest, and open inventory without a problem. Also, the chat function 'reply' worked well (alt + r on the keyboard). I contacted the Help Desk online, who referred me here.
