Basically, they know this is an issue but apparently What a Boar and Quenching the Flame are attached to other FATEs somehow and the timers are screwed up because of that.
The problem is is that they addressed issues with the FATE spawn timers in a previous patch but didn't do anything for the Quenching the Flame/What a Boar. Really disappointing ><.
