This is my first time posting thread in forum, and first time sent player report to report team.

GM Tymriss responded to me very fast considering it was late at night for my timezone. After left dungeon with racism and rude JP player, writing up report about 20-30 mins, GM Tymriss got back to me in about only 20 mins later and was very professional and understanding for my situation. Only my one mistake that I didn't post screenshot URL of toxic comment from rude player to GM due to I play on my PS4.

While I'm wondering will player in question got warning when he's on different server or not, I believe that GM will do anything that is suitable for most players and game. (I'm sorry I didn't ask about this to you last night. Please disregard it.).

In anyway, I was pleased with the kind service. And it would be wonderful to receive any further assistant from kind GM Tymriss whenever I do report (which I hope I don't need to send any report again.).
