Add a Lore and Gil cost to voting to dismiss a player please.

It seems like it happens way too often, Player A dislikes Player B so player A votes to kick player B Player A is in a party so they follow through with it. It happens way too often in game and I believe there should be some type of lore cost for players lvl 60 and over and a 5k Gil cost for players 30 and under. Players should have the option to pool together lore price if they all vote to kick the player. I believe this will stop players from wrongfully kicking a player and wasting their time.

Actually, my experience is that players get kicked for doing something wrong. I can't remember the last time I saw someone get randomly kicked for no good reason. I'd have to pay anything to kick someone that actually deserves to be kicked, such as someone being abusive to other players. The only way I can see this being improved is if someone thought they got kicked unfairly, they can have an option to call a GM and look into their dismissal.

Yes, there is a problem, because this kind of system punishes players who play properly and lets trolls get their way by making others pay to get rid of them.

Even as a tank though players in a party will vote to kick you if they dont like the way you are tanking a dungeon.

Absolutely not. Nobody should be penalized for booting someone who's wasting people's time. And thanks, this reminded me about a different thread that should be made.

Thing is though if you boot someone at the end of a dungeon instead of early on you waste the booted players time as well

And in cases where the player deserves it it's a good idea to do exactly that so they feel the sting a lot more and reconsider how they're acting.
