Unchained. Seriously, why are we not abusing this skill?

Granted I could have named the thread better, I didn't expect people to completely skip the opening post and it's main intent. Some good off topic discussion though I guess, maybe.

I believe the off topic disscussion does answer the the main question of the thread. As you can clearly see, some people believe their dps is more important than the raid dps, and that is why people don't really use unchained, much less abuse it.
