From what I remember, Enuo was just an optional boss from the GBA version of FFV and was never in the original SNES/PS1 version, so I wouldn't really count it (really the only 'master' of the Void would probably be Gilgamesh as he learned to travel it after X-Death threw him into it unceremoniously... but I digress. Either way, if this is wrong, please by all means clarify me! (I never played the GBA version, this info is second-hand from what I read on FF Wiki)

Oh yes! This! Although it would mean a rather convulted battle, given he's a Mime that would simply use whatever attack the player uses on him back at you. Still, this could be an awesome encounter potentially (future Hildibrand fanservice fight perhaps?)

They do state it's Zodiark, but think about it ... Zodiark is a giant crystal of darkness, similar to Hydaelyn represented by light. The statue could be an image of it's 'Voice' (being Necron), similar to how Minfillia is now represented as Hydaelyn's 'Voice'.
Statue the Ascians are worshiping? You mean the statue in the Chrysalis that
Nabrieles suspended Minfilia in front of?
That's just a statue and is not actually Zodiark (or even Necron for that matter), at least according to the artbook, the Chrysalis is a pocket dimension formed from "the thoughts and memories of the Ascians, that the parts of the area that are fully formed show where the mind is strong, and the parts where it is unravelling show where the mind is weak..." (paraphrased).

Either way, it was pretty much stated that Zodiark isn't even in that dimension, but
he is actually on the Moon - Minfilia in her 'Word of the Mother' guise stated that Hydaelyn banished him there millennia ago, this is also why we saw Elidibus conversing with Evil!Derplander there, that is where Zodiark truly lies.
Either way, the statue in the Chrysalis is definitely not Zodiark himself, but just an effigy. That's not to say Necron couldn't show up still, but that statue is pretty much invalidated as Necron I'm sorry to say.
