Doom train. please. There's a rail road in Thanalan, so i guess it could be based there or something.

Oh man, there's so many things that could work and be amazing. Lemme pull up a list.
1. Enuo, the original master of the Void from FFV lore.
2. Famed Mimic Gogo. I can easily see him being a part of the Hildibrand series, alongside Gilgamesh and Ultros.
3. Beelzebub from Four Heroes of Light/Bravely Default/Bravely Second. Cuchulainn pretty much fills whatever roll Beelzebub would fill, but it'd still be an awesome disgusting monster to combat.
4. Necron. I think we're actually getting this one already, though pretty late into the story; if you observe the statue the Ascians are worshipping in one of the cutscenes, it looks very similar to Necron. They do state it's Zodiark, but think about it ... Zodiark is a giant crystal of darkness, similar to Hydaelyn represented by light. The statue could be an image of it's 'Voice' (being Necron), similar to how Minfillia is now represented as Hydaelyn's 'Voice'.
5. Intangir. Who doesn't want to fight an invisible, sleeping Behemoth that counters with Meteo?
6. Moogle Eater, from FFV. It's just an octopus, yes, but ... it eats moogles.
7. And speaking of FFV ...

I know we knew about him before. But before it only revealed 1 side so I personally wasn't 100% sure if the opposite side had the same effect as Ozma in IX.

Corse from FFXI ...

Eggman from V
Hell House from VII
I would diffenetly like to see more of the weirder monsters through out FF here (the Playstation era games have some crazy ones I would love to see).

not seen all areas of dungeons yet so I reckon we may see that weird two headed boss![]()
On another note, what original enemies would you like to see? XIV comprised of recycling and throwback (yes there's a difference) but the only original one I can think of that we have spriggans. I don't have good enough imagination to think of my own.

I'd love to see Anima.
I mean, I have a few ideas as on how that could be implemented...
