Is there a step by step for raising a perfect chocobo? None of the guides have this.

I have read a couple useful sites for raising racing chocobos, including this one: https://ffxivchocoboracing.wordpress...ginner-portal/

Those sites are good for information on all aspects of chocobo racing and breeding, but one thing they don't have is an actual guide, like step by step or walkthrough. My brain does not work in a way that absorbs a bunch of knowledge all at once and piece it together on my own due to disability. It's overwhelming. I need an actual step by step and streamlined instead of a massive amount of information all over the place. In example:

Step 1: Do nothing but race your first chocobo to rank 40. No need to feed it anything or buy any skills during the climb to rank 40.
Step 2: Once at rank 40 it is time to retire your first chocobo and breed it

and so on until you get the perfect racing chocobo...

I can't multitask very well and absorb a ton of info all at once which is why I need a step by step and learn by doing those steps. I understand that 'some' aspects of raising a perfect racing choco are randomized, but I'm referring to the general method to get to a perfect racing chocobo, which is not randomized.

EDIT: To give an example, in official strategy guides for games there's a walkthrough and all the information sections before the walkthrough. All the choco racing guides have no walthrough, and only have the information sections.
