Lamentably, it was asked to provide a picture of 2,000 local levequests completed. Frankly I'm too lazy to go find you some proof, but just view the highest ranking players on FFXIVPro and you'll find what you're looking for. Numerous people have it. Additionally, your guide says you can attain 703 achievements max; this is wrong as several people are at 704.

Edit: You can possibly add the class skills as missable. If they remove thw whole guild mark thing then all those accomps will go. Not sure when the next patch will be, but will have to farm enough CUL and FSH marks to get all the skills before they go

I think it would be fairly accurate to extrapolate that local leve quests would also follow the 5,000 and 10,000 pattern. However, it would definitely take a lot longer to gain confirmation now, as the extra 3,000 local leves at a max of 8 per day would take 375 days (so pretty much a year) and considering that the earliest 2,000 local leve accomp is in October this year we would have to wait a whole year for someone to earn it.

I find it unbelievable that there are some who have obtained the 10,000 regional leve achievement. Ironically, upon examination, it's clear they are all RMT. Still, that is quite a feat... Sadly, it has left me feeling rather defeated. I just got my 2000 regional achievement and thought I was finally complete, but clearly that is not the case

And when you look at his history (http://lodestone.finalfantasyxiv.com...id=3481798&p=2), the guy just needed 26days to do 5000 Regional leves... I let SE find if this can be legit or not!

This is more of an Achievement List, not a guide. Some of the achievements are self explanatory but some require some strategy (like the 100k from a levequest) or require you to do something you wouldn't normally do (like camp for an NPC for Vicroty Beneath the Canopy). The original achievement guide at least told you what to do for certain achievements but this one is simply a list.
