Proper way to use Raw Intuition?

You can start with four stacks, as Berserk itself gives one.
You also dot need both Vengeance and Raw Intuition, just finish the combo and use one.

Its real out here for WARs I feel for them though as a person who mained it up until this raid tier.

It's trading 1 healer GCD for 2 WAR GCDs at best. At worst you trade 1 healer GCD for nothing from the WAR. It's on average trading 1-for-1, which is a net gain of 0. It's silly to Esuna the Pacification for DPS reasons. There are OTHER reasons that cleansing Pacification would be the correct strategy, but those situations are few and far between and would only exist in raid scenarios when Berserk is used at a specific time with the healer cleansing it at the exact same moment every run in order to facilitate the WAR doing something else specific, unrelated to DPS output.

Raw Intuition could be ghost changed to do nothing except grant a stack, and it would take a long time for any WARs to notice. That's the most practical way to use it in any situation.
