Gold Spammers sending Tells..Please filter this annoyance

As a paying customer I demand that you add spam filtering to /tell messages to filter out gold spammers. These messages are way to frequent.
I sent in a ticket and you responded by asking me to keep a record of who is spamming me and dates and times lol I should not have to provide this service for you unless you wish to pay me for this. This is YOUR job not mine. Please log into the game your selves and you will easily see these messages yourselves.

    Spam filter suggestions:
1 - New players have limitations to how many different people they can send /tell's to AND/OR New players can only send /tells to players in there friends list or guild.
2 - Allow players to decide for themselves who they wish to receive /tell messages from. I would love to see an option to only receive /tell messages from players in my guild or in my friends list.
3 - filter our key words or variations of key words
4 - don't allow new players to send /tells period until they have reached a certain level

New players have limitations to how many different people they can send /tell's to
What determines if a player is new? Amount of time spent online? The leaf icon by their name? Their highest level? If so, what's stopping the bots from just waiting out the timer, removing the icon with /nastatus off, or leveling up a bit?

New players can only send /tells to players in there friends list or guild.
This is possible, however, this would inhibit in-game communication between new players, especially those brought in through Recruit A Friend, and their friend/s. How would you inform your friend in Idyllshire that you're on so they know your character's name? You can't travel there at Lv.1 to tell them yourself, so the only other options are to either get someone else to tell them for you, or communicate with them outside of the game first.

Allow players to decide for themselves who they wish to receive /tell messages from. I would love to see an option to only receive /tell messages from players in my guild or in my friends list.
Same problem as my last example. New players, especially those brought in through Recruit A Friend, would have to contact their friend outside of the game first.

filter our key words or variations of key words
The bots get around this by using ASCII characters, spaces and numbers in place of letters, and by adding a random sequence of letters and numbers at the end. If people get banned by saying "www.gilsellingwebsite.com", the bot owners will change it so it says "www(dot)gilsellingwebsite(dot)com" or something similar. Just how many combinations of ways do you think there are to get the same message across? You'd need a list of millions, if not billions of character sequences to filter by for just one domain name.

don't allow new players to send /tells period until they have reached a certain level
Same problem as before. New players, especially those brought in through Recruit A Friend, would have to level up themselves without their friend's help before they could contact them in-game, or contact them outside of the game first.

Yes, RMT spam is annoying, but every solution to get rid of them would directly affect players as well, mostly the new ones.
If you're that annoyed by it, just do what a lot of other people do and turn on /busy.

plus: level filter (for example: decide only lv 60 people can /tell you)

Yeah I just stopped reading right there.

That's a really entitled attitude to have and it's unlikely to get anyone - especially the developers - to take you seriously. I agree RMT ads are a problem, but this is not how to go about presenting it.

If there was a bot blacklist like in wow it would be easier.

I would disagree. Tells would help someone new who has several friends. Not to mention a person with alts be connected while they're in leaf. Of course to place all leaf status in novice chats would be more idea. However I think we should have a button to report gold sellers. as well. Problem is on our server on Famfrit we got this problem with one player who abuses the novice chat and when a player kicks him he reports them. The GM's are quick to respond to reports of harassment but they also do nothing to help this situation. Also seeing who kicked you from novice chat has been causing issues where the player who deserved to be kicked starts reporting and harassing the person with tells. I think it should be like dungeons and kick a person silently based on a count of people voting yes maybe 5 players say yes in a 30 second time span. Novice chat seems to be clean of gold sellers so they got to be doing something right in that end of things to a point
