    yep i use this rotation dark, or this one

    storms eye up > stun > pre-berserk internal release full swing > fell cleave > homlang> mythril tempest > fell cleave >

    you may need to alternate, you encounter some times the same healer he is able to adapt.

    Sometimes it is also good to use full swing to bait purify from a healer too. The list is endless and situational and as you said, most healers will adapt so we have to be one step ahead.
