On the middle of a fight, i think the right choice is to stun healer only one time by minute ?, i saw some melee complain the healer get stun resist, if he don't use macro how we can know he have a LB up.
I can't afford to stun healer a dps target is low on hp in middle of fight if it make the healer impossible to lb after. and use only stun for my burst.
if your melee take adreline kit, how much kit will give a lb ?

Sometimes it is also good to use full swing to bait purify from a healer too. The list is endless and situational and as you said, most healers will adapt so we have to be one step ahead.
