Question as where to post

Looking on where to post a problem I have with your game that is not bug related, I tried to post to the "not a bug" forum but was told I do not have permission to start a thread, so this is the only other place.

It's in regards to hoping you can look at doing something about your handling of lost connection. If I drop connection I have to wait upwards of 5 minutes for it to clear my character from the server to get back in, much less if i was in a group at the time it pretty much guarantees that dungeon is over for me, no getting back in.

The "not a bug" forum is where bug reports get moved by forum moderators that determine that a supposed bug someone reports is not a bug. You are right that this is more along the lines of feedback since, as far as we can tell, it's working as intended. But players are not supposed to post directly to that forum. This seems as good a place as any, I suppose.

Condolences regarding your connection difficulties. I don't really know what all goes into determining how long it tells you that your character is still online when you try to reconnect. Maybe it has to do with whether you're in combat. Better, of course, to not get disconnected in the first place: to that end, you may wish to contact your internet service provider to help troubleshoot.
