Reqs: Estate npc interaction

I will get straight to it. I have a bar, but it feels dead with npc's standing idlely by doing nothing. Can we get an npc or our retainers in these houses doing emotes like dancing? I think that would give our houses some life instead of them being as stiff as the furniture itself.

I would Also love it if there was sing emote for us or the npc.

Or at least allow us to give them commands like movement patterns and greetings they would say upon approach or moving away from.

NPCs inside houses definitely need to be more ... alive, housemaids bow when someone approaches them but that's about all they do unless you speak with them, but that is not enough, we could have those NPCs do much more like house chores and whatnot so that it wouldn't feel like they are dead!...

Let me use my retainers inside the house too and have them share all of my happiness with them somehow!...

I'd like to be able to put my Magic Broom minion inside the house and let it sweep around like in matoya's cave.

I wouldn't mind seeing them be able to have walk patterns and stuff like you see the NPCs in town do.
Even if it's just the simple "Walk from point A to B" "Examine wall" "Walk back to point A"

I agree, needs to feel more alive. Allow minion or two to run around and retainers to interact some how. Doesn't even have to be much, just enough to make the place look lived in. ^^

I have my npc set up to make it look like they are actually doing something in the house other than just standing there, as best as I can anyway. I would love if I could give them animations to make it look like they were doing more.

I would really love more customizable NPCs for houses. Even if it were as simple as letting us use the existing Expansion of Duties Permits indoors. That would allow us to place or retainers (which we can already customize to any race/gender/size etc) in a variety of poses, with every clothing option they have available. While it would be great if this were expanded to have even more poses/motions, at least this would allow us to fill up our bars/cafes/hair salons and what have you with NPCs that looked appropriate for the part.

I would love to see my retainers walking about my house, sitting in furniture, using the shower/hot-tub (yeah I said it), reading books, cooking in the kitchen, even conversing with each other (like the Sims?)

When I send them on a venture, make them disappear from my house, and have them reappear when the venture is completed. Let me use my retainer by clicking on my retainer while it's moving about in my house instead of using the summoning bell. Only need summoning bell to be able to access retainer while it's out on a venture.
