What's your game plan to aquire a house next patch?

Plot 29 and 59 will sell super fast. I love mine in Lavender.

I have to agree. The ones with the little bridge are cool. Also the limsa ones on the beach are nice. I kind of wonder what the ishgard ones will look like. Even if there is a transfer system I'd have a hard time giving up the one I got. But all the same, I wonder if the ishgard ones will be in the sunny or wintery parts.

I guess that comes later though. A patch or two further down?

Nothing beats plot 53 in lavender beds for me. Right next to the market board and teleport crystal.

Gonna wait few weeks and see about a nice Medium house in Lavender (don't want to pay full price lol) as an upgrade to the Small I have now, but may go scoop up a small on my alt (not sure where yet though)

None, I don't even really do anything at mine now. I decorated it and that was it, I have an FC with a bigger house and I got out of the gardening phase. =/

I have made no plans to acquire a house when they add more plots. Even if I had bothered to amass enough gil to buy an estate, the housing mafia will have beat me to it. So there's no point. I'm perfectly fine with my FC room.

I'd love to get a small house in the Lavender Beds. I hope I'll be able to get one.

I have just started saving my gil (damn you minions), so I realy want a small mansion, but I fear that cost + availability (since I am at class or work) will make it hard for me to find one. I play on one of the most populated EU servers, so I fear the odds of me buying a house is going to be very slim.

Lets not forget that alot of players own more then 1 house, wouldnt it be more fair to put a cap on house owned per account and give the other players a chance to buy theirs? After few weeks, they can remove the cap and let those that already own a house buy the leftover ones?

Because on my server there is this player that owns 8 houses and he has his eyes set on getting more. Worst of all, they buy the cheaper ones fast, so the less rich players are locked out of the cheap houses and the expensive houses.

At this rate, this will be a repeat of the previous time and SE would not have learned anything from their previous attempt.
