Random Encounter (Older/Mature FC) Recruiting new members

Greetings fellow inhabitants of Exodus. Wobblecogg here to announce that Random Encounters is now recruiting new members.

Who are we?
Random Encounters is a Free Company for older mature gamers. We strive to provide an atmosphere for the folks that are older and/or more mature. We have jobs, kids, spouses, and many other responsibilities other than FF14. We are laid back and are not to worried about being the biggest, baddest, leet, FC on the block. That does not mean we are not skilled at what we do though. We take our time seriously because we don't have a lot of it.

When do we play?
People start logging in around 6PM EST and the bulk of our playing is done from 8-11 PM EST.

I'm not an older gamer but want to join:
We at Random Encounters do not look at age as a simple number. Your maturity and general interaction with the FC is what we are looking at. If you're a 16 year old with a mature demeanor and attitude you are more than welcome to join.

Do you have voice chat capability?
Yes, we have a mumble server that is used almost every night.

What jobs/classes are you recruiting?
We are currently recruiting all jobs/classes of all levels.

What are your future plans?
We are currently working towards building a team to take on all of the content the game has to offer. We want to build a cohesive unit of casual yet skilled players. As such we will be starting our raiding in the Binding Coil of Bahumut because a fair number of our members have never been. When raiding does start we are going to plan for 2 nights a week for 2 hours.

How do I join?
The process is relatively simple, yet we do have a bit of a small screening process to ensure our force is built from those that share our ideals. You can start this process by sending me (Wobblecogg Sprockett), Gerbault Doome, Laden Milenko, Character Select, Toran Val, or Lyra Faylen, a message in game. One of us will have a short chat with you to check if you are a member we are looking for and that we are the FC you want. If that goes well you will become an Initiate of the FC for 1 week. At that time me and the officer will determine whether you will be staying with us or not.

Just a quick update since a lot has changed since our original post. We have grown so much since then and now have around 28 active players. We now have a house and are working on our airships. New players are most welcome as we still have people in all level ranges. With COil about completed we plan to be moving into heavensward raids soon.
