As an extension to Rwar's post, here's a guide another poster made on the healer OF some time ago that might be a good reference point for macro'ing a Fairy.

I'm personally also a fan of a macro that constantly uses Embrace "tank 1" or "tank 2" and a third macro that is a single use Embrace that is mouse over macro for any non-tank target. [EDIT] With that being said each individual SCH should play around with what they feel comfortable with. Micro managing your Fairy is an important part of your skill set and you should find a way to do that which suits your style of play.
