This is what I'm built around and Lore is a Majority of it:

230- Hyper conductive Tetrabiblos (Relic)

220- Eikon Cloth Acton of Healing (Crafted)
220- Eikon Cloth Sleeves of Healing (Crafted)
230- Hailstorm Belt of Healing (Lore)
230- Hailstorm Bottoms of Healing (Lore)
230- Hailstorm Boots of Healing (Lore)

230- Primal Choker of Healing (Lore)
240- Midan Earrings of Healing (A5s)
240- Midan Bracelets of Healing (A5s)
220- Eikon Iron Ring of Healing (Crafted)
220- Eikon Iron Ring of Healing (Crafted)

220 Melds:

My end Goal SCH Gear is a relic with custom stats (So I can dump the Acc from my 220 peices and pick up the Lore rings then since they are the same stats but with more mind) or A8s Book. Every 230 Lore piece I have would get upgraded to 240. Top would be the A8s Top.

When I first got my 230 Relic, upgrading from the Sephy book, my Crit hit 1100+. I had to cut it back because with the upgrade, I was still doing the same damage as if I had never upgraded. I feel like it was because the 120ish SS that the sephy book had, was keeping me afloat and when it left I was down to 450 SS. Reeling in my crit to high, while upping my Det and SS (Yum Lore pants and meh boots, but about tied with a8s boots, double but they help me reach a comfortable SS) helped to fix the issue. With Pipira I hit about every rear Acc cap I would need in game (including a8s.)
