Class deletion

I don't know about anyone else, but I want to option to delete a class from my list of classes unlocked. I already have an idea on how to create this system in game. There would be a random man(Gilgamesh) in one city who knows how to remove your class/jobs, all he would ask for is the very first weapon you start out with in that class (E.X- lvl 1 pugilist arms) an if you managed to get pugilist to lvl 30 an unlock the job class he would ask for the soul stone as well. Although some jobs require other certain classes be lvl 15 in order to have the job, if you happen to have one of those class like ninja or bard the random man will tell you if you wish to go through with this you will lose more knowledge than previously discussed (you will lose the soul stone for both ninja an bard but your lvl will stay the same for rouge an archer, like if you were a lvl 43 ninja you will still be a lvl 43 rouge, until you go back to the random man an ask him to help you forget your rouge class).

Why would you want to do that though? It seems a complete waste of time spent unlocking and levelling it. If you don't want to play as that class, don't play as it. It's as simple as that (and to ensure you can't, remove all of that class's weapon from your inventory and Armoury Chest - really, the class is the weapon and not the exp shown on your character sheet. Without that weapon or tool, you can never be that class.

See if this was an option, I'd remove PGL since I only even played it to unlock my BRD.
but then, if I delete it...what happens to my BRD? Do I instantly get all THOSE skills removed?

I dont understand why you would want to remove it, its not like your class is a character like in other mmorpg. Your class is one of the many parts of your character, if you dont want to play as one, just ignore that class.
