Promotion Qualifier and Newcomers

Today while I was in the last two match of my promotion I got in the first match a DRG with DEX jewels and some gearpiece under the minimum ilv at his first match,
and in the last match TWO newcomers.

DevTeam can you consider to not match people under promotion with newcomers or even better with people with less than 100 rank point?

I think basing it off rank points instead of tier for all matches should be how it's done.
Tier matching gives way too much of a discrepancy in skill.

It's already made by points. Duty Finder will match participants based upon their PvP ratings. To prevent any large disparities between teams from occurring, players will be distributed so the average rating of both sides will be equal.

The restriction by rank is just so that diamond player doesn't get match with first timer since the gab in their skill level is so huge

Yes I know, but guess if for you diamond promotion you will get a newcomer,
I like to see new people interested on pvp, but sometimes they join with a totally random gear and really dont' know even the basic of pvp
(for example that DRG rushed mid ignoring any buff and the party), it makes the matchmaking very imbalanced expecially if ypu aim for a promotion :/

Anyway to a later tought I have to say that at my 2nd attempt I got my promotion, be paired with low rank people make you lose less point, so even after 3 loss I got another 5 attempt to get my promotion... so...
maybe I rushed too early in the forum to complain ^^'
But those 2 matches in a row with newcomers in that timeframe killed me XD
