Dark Knight hate?

with the new changes on. i could hold my MT stance against a warrior no problem. with a ravana 190 weapon while the person is still clocked out at 230 lore or relic weapon. just keep using your hate combo instead of the MP combo constantly. you should be able to rotate in 1-2 before going back to your hate combo as dark knight and while the warrior is in deliverance is just another DPS now that you are main tank.

with the introduction of heavensward. what people do now compared to 2.0 is really different with tank now using vitality. which is why the set up most of us seen regardless on what gear the person has.

WAR/DRK = DRK main lvl 52-60. DRK = OT 50 and below
PLD/DRK = PLD main regardless on level

if gear is indeed so heavily a gap. one is just getting off the 190 gear and the other tank is is sitting all 230 lore. then sure higher can, but if the gear is so close as a mix of 220/230 on both tank. then the above applies.


it has worked like that when the grounds of finding where dark sits went. which is how today is what it is.

Not really a huge gap in terms of ILevel, I suppose. Mostly of my gear is 210 or 200, with a couple of 230 accessories. I never have trouble holding Aggro, but alas the main thing I had a problem with was being called an Edgelord over my personal preference of playing DRK. I can definitely Tank well, and hold Hate no trouble. Hence why DA > Powerslash is part of my opening for pulls. Sets up a nice place for me to get two of my DPs combos and regen MP so that I can follow up with CS, CS is such a good move for both Aggro and Damage generation.

i would not focus to much on the word. after looking around for that word. the word "Edgelord" can be used with anyone in general. just not with dark knights. what i have found with that word. it came from 4chan. when used. it's meaning is a fat person that is into anime while living in the basement. from that context i have found. it does not aim to the dark knight at all but can be used with the general public.

When I was trying out AST, I had a DPS actually curse me out for giving the damage buff to the tank on accident, so this doesn't surprise me at all. -w-
