Square enix you have bad technical support

i contact square enix for a technical difficulty today with chat but the agent doesnt even now that microsfot already release the game, and he answear me they dont support window 10, really square enix you dont support window 10

my main issue is i cant run the game in dx 1 mode

Calm down, you do realize SE has nothing to do with Microsoft and that with every new version of Windows released the game has never been immediately compatible with it, but took time for compatibility to be added? Given the fact this game was designed to run with Windows XP SP 3 as a minimum, and that the DX11 client was added later, this lack of compatibility is not surprising. Yes it sucks, but that's just life. Just have patience, SE will make the game compatible with Win 10 soon enough, you just have to be patient and be a little realistic.

Also attacking SE staff is not a good thing to do here no matter how frustrated you might be, as usually it just results in a ban.

What's your issue? I run ffxiv in dx11 mode under windows 10 without any problem, except the damn usual directx error and crash to desktop. I must admit though that after last patches it occurs like 1 time every 2 days, so I'm pretty happy.
