There are tons of people like these on the forums, but in reality, much like your car example, things have limitations. Just like you can't upgrade your engines output preformance without upgrading your brakes so you can stop easily from a higher speed, SE can't just add things without looking at what it can and will effect in game. A lot of times its better to just let things be and not worry about it because it will cause more cons than pros in the end.
