Thread: Housing in 3.3

A suggestion I would like to see implemented in patch 3.3, could the new plots please be restricted to only players who do not yet own a plot/house on their account?
Perhaps this could be in place for a few days after 3.3 lands so players who have been unable to acquire a house can do so. This would also put a thorn in the side of those who are looking to buy up all the housing plots and sell them at inflated prices or merge them with their existing FC housing.

But the first two weeks after the implementation should be restricted to FC's without house, so every FC has the chance to get a house before everyone grabs his private house and the FC's are booted out again, especially the smaller or newer FC's.

In that case they should stop FCs from being able to purchase multiple plots and merge them under the same FC banner.

It was an aditional suggestion to that of OP, not a fact. I'm sorry i wrote it missguiding

A FC can only purchase 1 plot. A better idea would be that a player can only purchase 1 plot on a server per account as private house and share this plot with all twinks on this server.
