Auction house for retired items

We're starting to end up with a lot of retired items we'll never get a chance at again. Eastern Cherry Trees and the Wind-up Bahamut minion being some of them. I think a monthly auction s on retired items like these to allow a chance to obtain them. It may also create a gil sink in the game for some of the players with a lot of gil. 50/50 draws would be okay for poor players as well.

YES!!!! I've been planning on getting my own house once patch comes out, so I have been planning out how I want things in my head. The eastern cherry tree is my most wanted item, and I've wanted multiple trees. Unfortunately, there's hardly any on the MB, and the ones that ARE up are WAYYYYYY out of my budget especially for how many I want. I would definitely love to see them be obtainable again somehow, for my house just won't be perfect until I have them.
