    Dear SE

    I understand that matching teams based on their "average" rank looked nice on paper, but in practice it is far away from perfect.

    Gold DPS, gold DPS + bronze Tank, bronze Heal =/= Full silver team.

    I understand that matching teams perfectly would make the queues longer but that's still better than ending up with THE SAME bronze healer 3 times in row and losing loads of rating.
