    It's not just this item.

    Spine drops don't work on 51+ paralysis, nor WoD chimera paralyzing voice.
    Antidotes work in some 50 dungeons, but usually it's wasted.

    The fact that these items work not just at all, but inconsistently makes them utterly useless.

    I wish they would add potent versions of everything and make it work on raid-level status effects. Make alchemy useful beyond stat boosts and mana/health pots (oh, but hey, they have f***ing sheet music now! /s)

    Edit: need alchemy reraise effects, too.

    I don't mind this one but different colour icons would be nice. Trying everything once or twice including esuna is part of the fun of progression.

    I don't know, I've always just found it annoying in this game how it'll teach you one thing but may be different the next trial without warning, you only have to see it once I guess but if you're gonna name it the same, animate the same and use the same icon at least be consistent, the amount of times I've esuna'd petrification and then forgetting it doesn't work in another trial is again annoying.
