Just did the end of 2.5 with my alt and it reminded me of a theory I had a while ago:

Could it be that Lucia originally had no connection to the Garleans, but was planned to be Iceheart in disguise?

And about that end in general, were there ever any plans to have NPCs in Ul'dah actually chase us if we came too close? Would have been fun if we had to sneak around them every once in a while. What alternative versions of that story did you have before you picked the one we got?
