Unable to execute commands

Details: Log in to do some leves in Nophica's Wells. "A Drop in the Pond" While I was casting stoneskin on myself I encounter a bug that render my commands useless. The casting was unsuccessful, and the casting animation never stopped. I tried other abilities and magic, HP/MP recovery did not work. All my actions failed to execute.

I was not disconnecting because others around me at the time was playing normally. I had to forcefully log out by other means. ctrl + alt + delete
