Lalafell vs Roegadyn? Does Size Matter in FFXIV PVP?

A friend pointed out that a lot of the top 10 in all Data centers are Lalafell. It got me wondering, Does being Lalafell matter? Are they harder to click on vs say a Max Height Roegadyn?
Does being Lalafell give you more of an advantage as a Caster or Healer?

It's not the size that counts, it's how you use it.

That is, they might require a pinch more precision to select but good footwork matters more as a healer or caster. I don't think names change, only model size.

Not really tbh unless there's something i'm missing. Really annoying though in those rare cases someone hides on the 8v8 ramp at spawn. Literally impossible to see those damn popotos.
