Sales of premium items mogstation

Today I was wondering if it was possible to sell items purchased, in the shop of Magstation , to other players for Gil or to a bargaining chip for other objects within the game . In your opinion , it is legal because I do not find anything about it on the Regulation,
In this case it is not, how could I achieve a good FeedBack to buy on behalf of other items from the Shop mogstation and donate them always in exchange for something , then becoming a kind of salesman , perhaps creating the ads on the forum when I get the chance , or the interest to sell something ???

I also believe it myself, but give the item as a gift from mogstation and take in exchange for what I need , ( Gil or objects ) , it might be feasible and not punishable or illegal is not it ??

Too bad , after all they were real money , paid to Square Enix , and then seemed to me a pretty and legal idea ( which apparently is not ) , to sell or exchange, no codes , but the object concerned as the end , maybe even to a person known as a friend or companion FreeCompany , that can not afford in exchange for an offer to amortize the purchase monetary value , or as a simple favor !
Really a shame !
