As a non-white American, I get people saying 'just joking' after saying things designed to make me feel less human than them, all the time...

It's never a joke.

So its best to just not say it to begin with. And I try to make a point of not saying the same kinds of comments back.

I don't know if American servers have more or less of these various problems - because my experience is limited to the American servers. But unless you're the SE employee that analyzes all of this data... its probably nest to not go trumping it all and about...

Huh? I haven't seen that person say things like this in many threads at all, first time they even mention it lol. Either way its off topic and the stuff the OP talks about well, happens everywhere, who cares if they are americans or not, and some people simply are way too butthurt when a guy say ''typical american''.

You can click their name and view forum post history. And yes, almost of his comments, on a wide range of threads, are about racism.

I did and I didn't see much and what if he wanna bring it up? I don't see why its even better mention he talks about it. I would rather leave it alone and ignore those added stuff about ''racism''. The word is purely over used anwyays. Let's go back to the topic of the thread shall we?

They went on a tirade in the "DF Horror Stories" thread about how the term weeb is racist against Japanese when it's a derogatory word against white people. The posts have been deleted.

On topic, I've never seen what the OP describes myself, but I can believe it happens. People are seriously childish. However, I don't really feel the vote kick system needs to change. If I'd change anything, I'd rather see more options to the vote kick reasons such as "difference in playstyles."

Yes sadly I don't like those people who just kick for fun or simply doing it just so their friend can que up last boss or whatever to get the benefits. I like how the system is, so I agree with you
