On the topic US Servers vs EU servers
I have played on US servers in other games and then switched to EU servers or the servers got merged and there definitely is a difference between the two regions.

Players are more edgy, faster to judge and to feel offended with anything that is being said. In general, EU people (especially non-native English speakers) are more direct and don't hold their punches. This leads to the US players being offended as they are often not used to dealing with criticism that actually tells them that they are doing something wrong.

Also, US players tend to be more prude. One example, one game I played had US and EU servers merged at some point. One day, we wanted to run a raid with our regular pre-made group (all EU players) but we needed to pick up additional players due to some people not being online. So we recruited people, which happened to be US players. No problem there. Well, it was late at night and we soon started making raunchy jokes via in-game voice chat which lead the US players to feel offended and leave. Mind you, none of the jokes were directed at any people, it was simple stuff like "using sticks to beat the hole" kind of stuff completely referring to raid mechanism only.

I want to point out that these are not prejudiced but things I have witnessed as a EU citizen playing on EU AND US servers. I often pick US servers simply because I prefer English to my native language (German).

    To the OP
All this being said, I believe that if you are being kicked frequently in the manner you describe, something is probably wrong that you don't notice. A run feeling smooth to you does not mean that things can't be wrong for others.
