Completely disable dismiss in LFD raids unless 100% unanimous

Third time this week I've been doing it under various roles, everytime it gets early/late night the alliance chat is filled with swearing and garbage language for literally no reason, nothing is going wrong, and then someone starts spam dismissing tanks/healers to sabotage the group

I waited 30 minutes to get into void ark some time ago, finally got in, got to the last boss, and kicked, there was literally nothing going wrong

The LFD "community" is a complete cesspool, and honestly we should be allowed to ignore people cross realm who consistently go in, there should be some better system in place to deal with these people that dismiss just to sabotage groups, we should have some kind of function in place to report a false dismissal that will actively and severely punish those who started it after the group has been ruined because of this

I just wasted 30 minutes getting in and all of the time spent doing it just to get to the last boss and get kicked, super frustrated, this isn't fair and it happens A LOT, something NEEDS to be done about how awful the LFD is for void ark, its really really bad

But if 99 percent of the people want to leave and you want to stay, that's not fair to them either. When I do garbage void arks and crystal towers my patience runs out and I don't want to be there like the others want to leave. Don't punish us when you could just put together a group to go with you and reduce the amount of headache for yourself. Don't keep us in there with with toxic people if we feel it's time to go.

I've never seen a vote dismiss or vote kick in Void Arc.

Is this something that happens in US datacenters only?

All I can say is this: "Welcome to MMORPGs". It happens sometimes and there's nothing you can do. Just shrug it off and move on.

Alot of the times this crap happens, the majority of the party is from one FC/LS, and when you get to the last boss, or so far into a dungeon/raid a friend of theirs pops on and wants in, and someone gets booted to get them in. It's a sad thing, but something that has frequently happened.

They could fix that - count all votes in any dismiss vote thing, that come from people in the same FC or in a LS together - as just one vote that goes the way the majority of them voted.

This way, if people wanted to do pre-mades, they would fully construct them at the start, and not put them together as the run went on.
