I swear, SWEAR when I first used her item and summoned her, I saw a chatbox appear that was basically her crazylaugh. Ever since then, I've been unable to get it to do so.

The minion does not make a noise, just like any other. Her action is her Astral Flow (ultimate move) without the effects like the other primal minions. She lands on your shoulder/head of course too, but no laughing.

If you listen to the Mandragora minions, you can hear the patter of their feet as they move around. I think anything that's on the ground when they move or do a motion (like sweeping!) can make noise. Not sure about anything aside from that.
